This caravan with attached soft annex is available for rent now. The caravan includes a basic kitchenette and dining area, bedroom area with double bed, shower and toilet. There is access to a shared laundry on-site within the park.
The caravan is located with the Richmond River Affordable Living Park at 60 Hare Street Casino (previously known as Browns Caravan Park). The rent includes water usage and electricity is an extra cost, invoiced monthly. Some basic furniture and appliances are included as shown in the photos.
The park is located within walking distance to the shops and Casino township.

We also have paper applications in our office which are available for collection. NOTE: We will NOT be accepting applications submitted on other portals such as Snug or Ignite.
The approved applicant will be required to pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent ($230) when notified of their successful application and then a further one weeks rent, and a rental bond of 2 weeks rent plus a key deposit of $50.00 at the time of signing the lease. We do not accept bond transfers.
