Excellent property manager

While looking for a tenant for our investment property Emil from Surge Real Estate was able to find one incredibly quickly. He makes sure house inspections are done very timely. He looks after us as our property manager very well. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and has very good communication skills. I would recommend him to everybody.

Reliable and trustworthy

I had really good experience. Emil and his team especially Elham, Nazreena and other supporting staff were friendly and helpful. With two of my investment properties - Emil and his team found me good tenants with rental that match market demand. In addition Emil and his team helped with maintenance work etc.
