We built our very first property in Lara, Victoria & contacted Surge Realty to be our managing agent. It was very important to us that we get a team that is professional, knowledgable & most important, reachable (as we are based overseas). Emil & Nazreena have done a great job of finding us good tenants & ensuring that it was a smooth handover.
