Good communicator and personable

We had a good experience with Aiden as buyers. As a buyer on a Private Treaty sale there is always a question around transparency of other buyers and offers especially in Dutch Auction situations. As buyers in this situation, and also being sellers by Private Treaty, we were very aware of the tactics and strategies agents use to get a sale. In this particular instance, we felt Aiden was honest and transparent about who we were competing against, so were ultimately happy with the purchase process itself. The exchange and settlement process was great - Aiden went out of his way to get us into the home to do some measuring and general double checking of things, as well as have some trades do some early quoting. We've had agents (as sellers) who despite being told it was impossible to over-communicate with us, still needed a lot of follow ups for information - like getting blood from a stone. Aiden's communication was also *excellent* - proactive, timely and clear. We would deal with Aiden again and consider him on the sale side of a transaction.
