Theo is brilliant!

I couldn't be happier with Theo! Despite my nervousness, and let's face it, complete unpreparedness to sell my house, Theo made it so easy. His professional attitude put me totally at ease. His knowledge about the local area and the market generally were first class. Despite EVERY open house taking place in torrential rain, he managed to get things done, getting those interested to see the property, and then following up with calls and contracts. On auction day, he kept us nervous sellers relaxed, and coordinated the sale brilliantly with a result that was beyond my wildest dreams. I genuinely cannot recommend this man highly enough. Any person (especially those who, like me, approach the real estate market with trepidation) would be foolish to look elsewhere. Theo is your man!
