An ethical professional real estate marvel

Christine was very in touch with the Batemans Bay market both in terms of competitive prices and property value comparison. She was very clear about the appropriate manner in which she dealt with the offers as they came in. Whilst she was, naturally, working for her vendor, we did not feel that as she did, that we were being disadvantaged in any way, in fact she assisted and protected us during and after the process. Best agent I have ever dealt with both buying and selling

Christine is everything you wish every agent could be. We recently sold with Christine. She gave us an evidence based straight up appraisal, let us know how the process would work and what she would do for us and then delivered everything she'd promised. We were overseas at the time the house first opened. She sold it at the first open house, having negotiated a great price for us. She then organised everything including building inspection, pest report and Council palaver. She has many strengths but her greatest is her integrity. It's a rare skill to have both vendors and purchasers came away totally happy with the outcome. Of the many houses I've sold I can honestly say it's the first time I've been completely ungrudging when I saw that agent commission on the settlement. You cannot go wrong with Christine. Simply Fabulous.
