Best sale ever!

We are very pleased with the way Shane was able to read the market and patiently negotiate with buyers. Shane valued the property and although there were not a lot of buyers at the price we asked, Shane was able to clinch the deal and get a good outcome for us. Shane has plenty of presence and was not intimidated by buyers aggressively seeking to lower the price. At no stage were we pressured for more advertising money and Shane accepted our decisions without pressing for changes. We would have preferred to get more feedback after open house inspections (we were perhaps a little impatient) however at the end of the day we felt Shane was presenting the house well to the buyers and felt he we could trust him to do complete the sale using his experience and sales skills.
