After 20+ years with another network, the 2019 rebranding to Raine & Horne marks an exciting time for the business as we grow and expand, all while continuing to provide the same level of outstanding services to our clients, whether past, present or future. Our Principals and Franchise Owners, Frank Ham and Craig Bellette, took ownership of our agency in October 2005. Through the years they have taken us from a small staff of 7 and helped us grow to be one of the leading Real Estate businesses in Australia, having been recipients of multiple Local, State, National and International awards. Importantly our business differs from most real estate agencies as each Principal dedicates their time and focus to either sales or property management. Craig solely oversees the property management division and Frank the sales division. Selling in St Lucia

Excellent purchasing experience

Purchasing a property sight unseen was always going to be stressful but our dealings with Bryan took most of the risk and stress away. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all the queries we had about purchasing the property and dealing with a Body Corporate. His response was always timely and arranging to view the property was never any trouble. He is a great communicator and we would thoroughly recommend him to anyone wishing to buy, sell, or inquire about a property.
