Above Expectations

From previous experience, I had no issues contacting Raine & Horne Brunswick, on this occasion, to help my father with selling his investment property. Looking back, I was most impressed with the marketing campaign that Mario Elezovic (the lead agent) and his team, at Raine & Horne Brunswick, managed to put together, given we were fast approaching the end of year 2024. From start to finish, the property sale was completed in only four weeks. Given the market conditions leading up to auction day may not have been ideal, we did achieve a sale price well above expectations. It should be mentioned that the level of service and professionalism provided throughout the sale process by Mario, and equally supported by team members Robert and Tony, was excellent. I highly recommend anyone that is looking to sell or buy real estate in the area to first speak with Mario Elezovic at Raine and Horne Brunswick.
