The approved applicant will be required to pay a holding deposit of one week's rent ($400) when notified of their successful application and then a further one week's rent and a rental bond of four weeks rent at the time of signing the lease. We do not accept bond transfers.
It is the tenant's responsibility to arrange their own utility connections. We are able to assist you with this and do have a company who offer this service.
