In safe hands

I felt confident dealing with Alex because he really understand the both the market, and human nature. He communicates clearly in describing pros, cons and strategies to market the property, and in giving progress reports, but he never seemed rushed or coercive. At the end, I felt that he was ethical, respectful, careful not to raise unrealistic expectations for buyer or seller, and that he probably worked harder to achieve the sale than he let on.
