This is a our first engagement with Michael and we have had no prior dealings. Essentially, a very positive review and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael. As new purchasers to the area, we found Michael to be knowledgeable, attentive, pragmatic, honest, committed, relaxed and just easy to do business with. As an example, we were negotiating the purchase price with Michael as the intermediary until 9pm on a Saturday night, with Michael attending his office on a Sunday to transact the contract. Obviously, Michael was to benefit from this himself, but even so, he demonstrated an above and beyond mentality and application to his job. A genuine, professional operator and nice guy to deal with.
