James provided me with answers to all of my questions during the inspection. In the days following the inspection James was receptive to text messages and calls to answer further questions and actioned our application quickly and efficiently. James has also offered to go out of his way to make the property available for a further inspection during his off hours so Isobel has an opportunity to properly view the property.
