One of the Better Real Estate Agents Out There

I have a sizeable investment portfolio which one of them is managed by Raine and Horne in Pyrmont. To be honest they seemed to work hard for me whether it is details regarding advertising or being presentable every time a tenant has vacated. James Aster that has been our point of contact and the work that he puts in for me has been invaluable .. he will listen to your requirements and you can always consider it done. There has been 2 times when his suggestions has made a difference in securing a tenant just by following up and negotiating the needs and wants of both parties. I have heard and had previous agents that will suck the blood out of you when there is a repair required by calling in their plumbers or electricians because they know you can negative gear and claim the expenses back but I have not had that issue with Raine and Horne in Pyrmont ever since I used them since 2011. I would highly recommend using them and seeing for yourself.
