Excellent rental property management

R&H City Living are managing my property since 5+ years. They have an excellent team that looks after the rental properties and finding quality tenants. He communicated the progress and timely advice on adjusting the rent and actively approaching the clients and following up. James advised me to refine the rental amount with his professional knowledge and current market situation. He could find a good tenant in two weeks in this over-supply, low-demand market. James and his team worked relentlessly on the task. They are an excellent team. Erin Hobs, senior property manager, and her team, conducted regular inspections and sent reports to me in addition to managing the tenants. Overall, this is an excellent, highly professional team with customer focus and quality embedded in their work.
