Above and beyond expectation

We recently re-advertised our apartment. James, the leasing consultant successfully leased the property to a good tenant and with good price, all in one week! James is professional, have good insight of local market, efficient, and a good communicator. He kept me informed every step of the way. We have also been working with Erin, the property manager over many years. Erin consistently has the best interest of landlord at heart and being fair to tenant at the same time.
