I listed my apartment with John Ellis on 15/8/2016. John advised me of the most suitable method of sale, he also fully explained to me the commission he was entitled to plus advertising, I found John Ellis to be very honest and with the highest integrity. John began marketing my property on 25/8/2016, the property sold on 30/8/2016 for more than John estimated the selling price would be and he achieved a record for a 2BR unit at Regatta Wharf.
