Everything is good but addition request is hard to fulfil

I can say everything is good! Very professional agent. All documents are completed electronically so you don’t need to travel in person. The only thing I am not quite happy is my daughter and I living in the apartment but they only give us one set of key and fob. My daughter need to go by herself (12 year old) so super inconvenient. Asked many times but cannot be fix.
