Jennifer has been available and helpful since the beginning. She walked us through every step of the process of locating the ideal home for us. Excellent customer service, as well as a polite and helpful team. It made our transition a lot easier. I would absolutely use this service again and recommend it to others. Jennifer responded quickly and considerately, which I appreciated. Jennifer assisted us throughout the process, from online inspection through key handover, despite the fact that we were moving across state borders. Thank you, Raine & Horne, and especially Jennifer, for your outstanding service! Jennifer had a quick response time to my emails and questions, a caring personality, excellent communication skills, went above and beyond to assist me, was very compassionate and empathetic to others' concerns and needs in this time of COVID, I was very fortunate to have her lookout for me.
