Experienced and ethical - a great agent to sell with and buy from.

We recently sold our apartment with Paul Langsam. When we decided to sell our place, the decision who to list it with was an easy one. We had bought the apartment from Paul when he represented the previous owners. As buyers back then and as vendors now, we are impressed with Paul’s style of doing business. Selling and buying is obviously a stressful thing to go through, however, with Paul, we knew we were in capable hands (now as vendors and previously when buying.) He clearly knows the local market inside and out, having worked and lived in the area for many years. He also realises that to get the best result, that it’s not enough to sit back and let the property sell itself which many agents with less experience in our area are prone to do. Throughout the process, his communication was exemplary. He kept us informed, promptly answering any questions and explaining each stage in detail. He negotiated a good outcome for us and ensured the transaction ran smoothly. On top of his expertise, Paul is always personable and friendly. We felt that he was genuinely invested in helping us do well. It was this combination of his approachable (not pushy) style and his “after care” (keeping in touch with us over the years) that made him the logical agent to go with when we were selling. And we were very pleased that we did.
