A professional and thorough sale process done by Conrad and team with Excellent communication.

I’ve know Conrad for many years from a buyer experience and from this I rated his market knowledge and communication skills. When it came time to sell, I called him. He helped with strategy in the 3-4 months leading up to the campaign and assisted with having our place styled. Once the property hit the market I received written reports and also regular telephone updates. He talked me through the position of all the contract holders and provided his view on how to proceed at certain times during the campaign. Ultimately we achieved a good result in challenging conditions. Conrad should be credited for keeping the ultimate purchaser engaged throughout the campaign - despite his interest in other properties. I would recommend Conrad, he knows the market and ran a thorough process to get the best result available
