Hard working, great communicator, loyal

Mark was given quite a challenge when trying to sell my apartment. He went over and above in terms of his work ethic and being available at all times for opens etc Mark was always on the front foot when it came to updates on progress of the sale, not just with the positives but also the negatives. He wasn't afraid to be honest and was very transparent with feedback and expectations. We were expecting/hoping for a better result on the back of our initial conversation with Mark before the campaign, however we faced some challenges along the way with the balcony needing to be replaced and the unknown expense of this, as well as a weakening selling market which were both out of Mark's control. I would highly recommend Mark to sell your place if you want it to be done efficiently and by somebody who will work hard to achieve a good result.
