Excellent people skills and a sharp negotiator

We've known Monica since she sold our apartment 20 years ago. She is a warm, vibrant, compassionate woman who grew up in Bondi and knows the market inside out. She's an excellent communicator, both with us and with potential buyers, and has provided us with constantly updated, sensible advice about the selling of our house.
