A fantastic agent who went above and beyond

When I purchased my home, Ken was the listing agent - he was excellent to deal with, and had a straightforward no-nonsense approach which made the purchase as easy as possible. When I came to sell the property, it was an easy choice to list with Ken given my experience when buying. Throughout the entire sale I could not fault Ken if I tried - every aspect of the process was well organised and professionally undertaken, and it was obvious that Ken was keeping a close eye on everything even when other people were involved (for example with building/pest inspections). Ken is clearly extremely knowledgeable, and has the experience to deal with issues as they arise. I cannot recommend Ken highly enough.
