Professional, Resilient and delivered on promises

“Ben Palmer introduced himself to us when we were putting our property at 12 Spitfarm Opossum Bay, Tasmania on the market in 2013. His professional and enthusiastic approach persuaded us to list the property with him, a very new comer to the real estate profession. In a difficult market for beach front holiday homes Ben provided advice on the market price and advised that it may take some patience in finding the right buyer who would be attracted to the unique offering. Ben serviced inquiries for nearly 18 months. He kept us fully informed, sticking to his initial strategy with no pressure on us as vendors to move from the original strategy outlined. As vendors we felt confident the right buyer would eventually be attracted and that Ben would be able to close the sale. We completed a successful sale in February 2015 at a price that was at the higher end of our expectations.
