Matt gets the talent to communicate with people. Being a first home buyer who feels nervous sometimes, I can always get more confidence and certainty working with Matt. I am also amazed by his quick respond no matter it's through message, phone call or email and no matter it's in the morning, afternoon or evening. Because this property was sold with an existing tenant, he also helped me to negotiate an early vacancy with the tenant so I would move in by the settlement day. I know it's not his duty and I am appreciated his caring. Now it's a couple weeks from I can move in my own home and Matt is the hero who makes that happen! I feel lucky to have Matt around and definitely I would choose to work with Matt again in the future!

Matt not only met our expectations but completely exceeded them in the sale of our home.
