An agent who listens!

Sam sold a property that was similar to what I was looking for, so I called him and told him what I was hoping to find. I was very impressed when he reviewed the properties he had appraised in the previous year and found one that he thought would be an ideal fit for me. Sam called the owners and explained that he had a buyer who seemed like the ideal fit for the property. He then showed it to me (returning multiple times so that I could see the property at different times of the day). I proceeded to buy the property with Sam continuing to provide prompt and diligent attention to my various questions during the process. Many agents talk a lot about providing high quality service but don't follow through. Sam does and should be respected for doing so.
