I was very fortunate when I approached Kristy Donkin and Sam Pfafflin as the team to sell my unit. They instilled a confidence in me that made all the difference throughout the process. I dealt primarily with Kristy who was very approachable and dealt patiently and promptly with all my questions. I was so appreciative when she explained matters in a way I could understand and when I asked to put them in writing nothing was too much trouble. When Kristy was not available Sam was equally pleasant and efficient keeping me updated all the way. Kristy dealt with the bidding and as it got underway she kept me in the loop the entire time and it is to her particularly that I not only got the price I was hoping for but it exceeded my expectations.
