Great agent who is quite genuine and warm

It was time to find our acreage escape on the Central Coast of NSW. We had enquired about a few properties, however were jaded about poor follow-up from selling agents. It was becoming tedious. We expressed interest in a property at Peats Ridge that Sam Pfafflin was agent for. To my surprise my call was returned that afternoon and the warm relationship grew. We attended an open house Sam and his team were most welcoming, and showed good knowledge of market (which was comforting). We attended a second open house and made our offer.
