Thoughtful agent

Our property hit the market and Dave had a purchaser in mind. The first couple who walked through our doors was this purchaser and ultimately the couple who bought our home. Not only did he sell our home quickly and before auction, Dave also fulfilled the requirements of another couple for whom our house was their perfect home. Dave kept us constantly informed and made the selling process easy. We would use Dave again, but we don't have the need as he helped us with the purchase of our dream home aswell!
