Deal done efficiently and smoothly

Blake very quickly got a grasp of what I as a buyer wanted and I presume what the vendor wanted. I have not met the vendor, nor have I needed to as Blake's communication has been excellent. He got me to agree to get the price up off the lower level and was responsive when I reached my limited, got the minor details agreed and got the deal done.

We bought into the Gosford market in September 2014 and we didn't have a great experience with the agent who sold to us. She didn't seem to have our interests at heart and we found ourselves being left out of the loop and all of a sudden needing to act quickly. It was also a very straight forward sale so there was no negotiation needed, we paid what the buyer wanted as we felt it was reasonable. Blake was recommended to us, as he sold my brother in laws house and sold it really quickly. We found Blake very warm and friendly whilst being highly professional with a good knowledge of the market. Within a short period of time Blake had a potential buyer, however this buyer needed a lengthy settlement period which we weren't happy about. Blake worked very hard to make sure he got a good outcome for us and also for the buyer, we were very impressed by his negotiation skills. I would have no problem recommending Blake in the future and we look forward working with him on finding us another property.
