Selling the family home after 18 years, Sean always had my best interest in mind

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sean to anyone on the Central Coast looking to sell their property. He is professional, knowledgeable, communicated with me above expectations and I had complete faith in his ability from start to finish. I trusted him at all times. I had 3 agents provide an appraisal on my house. All 3 provided similar pricing, 2 suggested auction and one was private treaty. I spent a great deal of time deciding who to use. One of them asked me how I was going to make my decision, what would it be based on. My response .... gut feel - who would do the best for me. I finally made the decision to go with Sean and at no time during the process did I ever feel I had made the wrong decision. Sean's knowledge of real estate and compassion as to why we were selling meant I felt comfortable working with him throughout the whole campaign. My solicitor reinforced my decision when she stated that she had worked with Sean a couple of times and she felt he always seemed to have the interest of the seller at heart - after all I am paying him to do a job for me and that was exactly what he did. Even since the sale, Sean has offered advice on my next purchase and I know if needed he would be available to talk through any concerns I had. If I had property for sale in the area again Sean would be the first person I would call.
