Raine and Horne have assisted us for many years in filling our rental vacancies, including advertising, finding / signing up tenants, finalising the tenancies at the end and all the associated paperwork. They have provided exceptional service which we have been really happy with. Sharon has been the main staff member assisting us over recent years and Annisa before that, and we would highly recommend them. Additionally all the other staff we have dealt with have also been helpful, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. Communication has been great, as has their assistance with dealing with some tricky situations with tenants, which have required tact and diplomacy. Their attention to detail when it comes to things such as property reports and lease details has been spot on. They have always been very generous with their time, provide sound advice and have great knowledge of the market. We have chosen to manage our property ourselves once the tenants have moved in, but we find R&H's assistance in finding / signing up tenants and finalising the process at the end has been invaluable and provides fabulous value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to choose R&H for any Property Management needs.
