Very impressed and pleasantly surprised by Raine and Horne Hobart/Kingborough in particular Mandy Hedges and Vickie. The most professional and helpful agents/property managers that I’ve dealt with while a tenant! Excellent communication between Mandy, Vickie and their colleagues with all parties ie the owners and trades and straight back to myself. Any maintenance issues have been responded to instantly and repaired ASAP. In fact “Nothing is too much trouble!” as Mandy has even taken time out of her Sunday to reply and send texts to me as she knows that it is really my only free day to communicate! Right from the beginning Raine and Horne Hobart/Kingston office were the only agents that accommodated my families needs initially, Mandy even scheduling a property inspection on a day and tight morning time frame that suited me before I started work , no other agent would do that so I couldn’t attend many inspections due to employment commitments! The “Welcome Pack” gift that Mandy and Vickie along with the other helpful staff provide on signing of the lease and key collection was also a pleasant surprise/lovely professional touch- is just that…. “welcoming” and we felt like we had purchased a house! As a tenant I Highly recommend Raine and Horne Hobart/Kingston office, Mandy Hedges and Vickie /their supporting staff as property managers/agents!
