Rental of my granny flat

Trying to rent out the granny flat myself was a stressful experience. I found it to be time consuming and needed to read through lots of applications, present viewings and be able to do background checks. Alicia and her team were so helpful and understanding about finding the tenant for the granny flat suitable with our family as it is a separate part of the same house. I couldn’t be happier with the excellent work of Alicia and her team and it removed all of this stress for me.
