Exceptional service - start to finish!

Looking for a rental in a highly competitive market really separated the agents who just tick the boxes from those who actually care. Due to demand currently exceeding supply, many agents do not bother responding to enquiries or are simply dismissive. It is obvious they dont care. So many rental properties are left listed despite having been allocated. My experience with Maggie at Raine and Horne was in stark contrast, an exemplar of how an agent should be. Maggie was incredibly approachable, respectful, had very effective communication, shared in my frustrations - overall very empathetic for the current challenges faced by those seeking a rental. When informing me of my successful application I could see she genuinely shared my joy and relief. I couldnt recommend Maggie and Raine and Horne more highly, certainly the property managers I would use without hesitation. Thanks Maggie and co!!!
