A new benchmark

Our engagement with Raine & Horne Kingsborough/Hobart Rentals has been our best experience with a real estate agent. In particular, Mandy Hedges is an excellent and professional agent. Mandy engaged with us as prospective tenants with a lot of respect and dignity, which made the process of moving in a lot less stressful (especially so close to the Christmas holiday). Mandy is very responsive, communicates very clearly, and recognises what it means to make a place a home, especially for tenants who are living in someone else's property. After signing, the care and professionalism continued: from the condition reports (which were very detailed and very fair), to the ongoing communication when we had questions or equipment replacement requests; the support, advice, and communication has been so good. For the first time for my partner and I, it has felt as though the owner-agent-tenant relationship work as a team. (This is a rare benchmark, especially considering the strained market dynamics of housing in Australia).
