Excellent Rental Experience!

My experience as a tenant with Raine and Horne Ipswich, in particular with property manager Rachel Chanoff, has been exceptional! Rachel is highly effective in her role and I commend her for the first class service and support she has provided me throughout my 16 month tenancy. I would have had no hesitation in continuing as her tenant if a suitable home had been available in my preferred new area, and if I am in need of a rental in the future, she would be my first port of call! Rachel is a consummate professional in her role. She is genuine, personable, friendly and courteous. She communicates in a timely, thoughtful, empathetic and appropriate manner. She is attentive, patient, reliable and consistent in her service. She appears well equipped at navigating the sometimes difficult pathway between tenants' needs and landlords' requirements. I have found her to be sincere in all her efforts at advocating for me as a tenant. In short, I could not have wished for a better property manager!
