Polite, helpful, kind and knowledgeable

Let me start with I am a senior, so computers etc of today are a little more challenging then my usual form of communication, having said that Amy has been extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating when I requested to come in and sign and pay bond and rent etc. Very informative regarding info needing my signature etc and never rushing or making me feel uncomfortable, even when asked questions she took her time to explain or respond and always making sure we understood each others response.
