Friendly and In Depth Advice

Richard went above and beyond to discuss with both of us all the necessary information needed for purchasing our first house. He was available whenever we required and went above and beyond to make sure that our purchase was a smooth event. Really appreciate everything Richard did even checking on the house after the cyclone to make sure everything was okay. Would highly recommend him very friendly and we have no complaints.

Absolute professional - seamless transaction

As a retired real estate agent, I was looking for an agent who I could trust and to give me the truth about my house with no real estate BS. I also wanted someone who understood, since I had a long-term tenant in my house (which R&H are managing and was vacating) to treat him with respect and empathy in the sale process. I simply wanted a quiet listing and no open houses (which would disturb him) and would have drawn a lot of lookers. We took his advice and agreed on a marketing package. The tenant was in the process of moving and so had everything everywhere in the rather large house so Richard decided to allocate a 1-hour window for 4 qualified groups to visit in 15 minute intervals so as to control the process and do a “one on one” with buyers. As I recall we had 3 verbal offers that day and had agreed on a price the day after – Sunday. (Richard worked tiredly on that day with the one couple) We did accept an offer the day after and one month later – (last week) we settled! Throughout the process Richard kept in constant touch with the buyers and walked them through the building inspection and finance stage. He took time to show empathy and visit the tenant and kept him informed of each process but more importantly kept in touch with me by SMS and phone as to what was happening. I must say, the whole process was as seamless as could be and also the background work done by the R&H admin staff and communication was impeccable! Richard went way above and beyond in looking after us and as such he deserves the highest of accolades for his professionalism and “no nonsense” attitude and achieving a record price. If I had another property for sale – Richard would be the man! Well done- you have made my wife and I very happy.
