Richard and Natalie were Excellent and so helpful throughout the sales process

Right from the start when Richard discussed with me how and when to put the property on the market, he gave me great advice and made a lot of sense. He provided examples of what was happening in the local market and how it would likely apply in the case of my property. Richard was correct in all of his examples. When it came time to sell the property, he assisted me with advice and getting the documentation and solicitor's requirements complete in order to get it all done as quickly and easily as possible. The photos and Open Home, as well as dealing with the tenant were all handled perfectly and professionally by Natalie. Not a single issue. A heap of fantastic offers within hours of the Open Home and Richard supported me throughout the deliberation process. A better price than I was expecting to get! Richard was also great through the subsequent building inspections and other minor issues. He kept me informed and we talked through solutions.
