couldn't be better

Invited Pual to my property, he appraised it and after consultation we agreed on an asking price. He suggested listing it for sale so the following Saturday we had open house and the first couple who saw it put a deposit down and after a little negotiation we agreed on the full asking price. I move out six weeks later. couldn't be happier.
