Sale of 4 Poulton Ave for over 2 million dollars in May 2021

Michael has displayed perceptive knowledge of the real estate business and has deep experience of the Kogarah and Beverley Park area. His office has managed the rental of this property efficiently since 2014 when I first met him. Over the past 18 months I have had regular conversations and briefings which he initiated, as I have moved towards its sale. He ran a most effective marketing campaign, resulting in an auction where the price excelled my wildest dreams by over $300,000.
