Brett has been extremely helpful and patient in working through a property purchase quite different from the norm. I believe that, while I have had more than the typical number of real estate sales and purchases for one individual, this purchase has been “outside the box” for me. Owing to the unusual circumstances of the property, I’m certain I wouldn’t have successfully made it through the purchase without Brett’s Zen-like assistance.
