Knowledgeable and helpful

Alex has all the necessary information including the strata report, and contract at the inspection. He was quick to answer any questions we had and was able to do so in detail. Price guide was close to reserve price which gave a realistic view of the cost. Since purchasing the property he has continued to help us with our inquiries.

A rollercoaster with a great outcome

We selected Alex after observing a strong track record in the area. Our initial strategy was to sell off market as the state had come out of lock down and had confidence that Alex's network of contacts and leads from other properties would yield a sale. Unfortunately this strategy didn't work and Alex convinced us to put the property on the market. We followed his advice and received strong participation to the opens. While the visitors didn't give strong indications of price close to what we needed, we persisted and nervously went to auction. Alex had worked tirelessly to prepare strong buyers for the auction and we all were surprised at the turn out on auction day. All of Alex's efforts invested in preparing the buyers paid off and we achieved a block record just before Christmas. Thank you Alex!
