It would be a mistake not to retain Nick!

We purchased our home from Nick 20 years ago and he was the obvious choice as our agent to sell our home. Throughout the process Nick listened to us, and at the same time managed the sale process by reference to his extensive knowledge of the market and the feedback he was receiving from prospective purchasers. Nick’s approach was to work as a team (both with us and Nina Bell, his assistant sales agent). Not once did we think that Nick was not on our side nor that he was deferring to himself rather than us. We had absolute confidence in Nick – even when it was necessary to pivot the approach taken in relation to our sale a couple of times during the sale process. Nick and Nina were always available, and we had many instances of early morning and late evening messages, meetings and phone calls – nothing was ever problematic with them. It was clear to us that Nick and Nina enjoyed a collegiate partnership and trusted each other, which gave us trust in them. We also know from personal experience that Nick is a gentleman to deal with if you are a prospective purchaser. We cannot recommend Nick highly enough and would retain him again without hesitation.
