Nice agent to make business with!

Nathan was easy to deal with and quick to respond when questions arose. We kept in touch throughout the whole time the place was in the market, helped us arrange a couple of changes in the contract and even called me the week of the auction with a lot of useful tips. Overall a great experience. If I was to nit-pick, I would say that even though the final purchase price was around our expectations, it was still much higher than the "price guide" originally provided. It would be much better if realistic price guides (with respect to the market) would be enforced. However, as I said before, overall a great experience working with Nathan!!
