Easy breezy sale

Lorinda is a complete and utter professional. She made the entire process feel almost too easy, so much so that at times it felt a little unusual because selling property is rarely this smooth. Selling a property requires a lot of trust, and working with Lorinda Mansfield made that clear from the very beginning. She guided me on the best timing to list the property and was flexible in working around availability, as the apartment was operating as an Airbnb during the sales process. From early on, Lorinda was thoughtful about the financial side of the sale, offering suggestions where I could potentially reduce selling costs. She developed a clear sales strategy that ultimately delivered a successful result. What really stood out was her personal involvement throughout the entire process. Many competing agents I contacted flogged me off to junior agents for training, particularly as my property was 'low value'. Lorinda doesn’t take that approach. When you engage her as your selling agent, you get her. She manages the sale herself, and that level of accountability made a real difference. Selling the type of property I had isn’t easy, but she knows how to guide buyers through the process, answer the difficult questions, and move them confidently toward exchange. She was also highly responsive, even answering correspondence after hours to help keep momentum and get the deal across the line. Her knowledge of the building was incredibly detailed - she even knew members of the strata committee. When negotiations became challenging, she handled them calmly and professionally, working with both the buyer and their solicitor to keep things progressing when it looked like they might stall. Lorinda also recommended a conveyancer who was excellent and made the legal side of the process smooth and straightforward. If you’re looking for an agent who is experienced, hands-on, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome, I couldn’t recommend Lorinda more highly.
