Caitlin from Raine & Horne was exceptional at handling difficult situations for us. We experienced a few issues and Caitlin had them sorted in a timely manner. When it was time for us to find a new home Caitlin had one for us to look at and it was ideal. this is because Caitlin took the time to listen to our preference with what type of home we needed and the first one she showed us was perfect. Thank you for taking the time to help us in North Mackay and for helping us get settled at our new address in Shoal Point. We love it.
