An agent who likes to ensure everything is done right for both landlord and tenant

This was my first experience of being a landlord, and Rob from Raine & Horne was really helpful through the whole process. He responded quickly to my enquiry, visited the property and advised on the letting procedure, and checked that it was ready for inspection. He really likes to ensure that the arrangement is good for both landlord and tenant.
